Osseo Mayor, Council Members Sworn In Before First Meeting
The mayor and two city council members in Osseo took the oath of office at city hall the week before the first council meeting of the year on Monday. They had a ceremonial swearing-in again at the Monday night meeting.
Mayor Duane Poppe took the oath for another two years as mayor. He has served since 2012.

Osseo City Council member Harold Johnson was sworn in for another four-year term on the council and Alicia Vickerman took the oath for her first term. Council member Johnson did not attend the Monday night meeting for the ceremonial swearing-in.
