Opening Soon in Maple Grove: Tiffany’s Kitchen & Bar
A new restaurant will open in 2026 in Maple Grove. Tiffany’s Kitchen & Bar will occupy space of a former TGI Friday’s at 11830 Fountains Way.
Mike Tupa, president of Tiffany’s, has 30 years experience in restaurant management and entrepreneurship. He operates nearly 20 restaurants throughout the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin.
“This really is my life’s work and passion running restaurants and bar establishments,” said Tupa, during the Dec. 15 Maple Grove City Council meeting.
Tiffany’s Kitchen & Bar will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.
“It will be a broad menu. It’s not going to lean into one single cuisine or any food trend,” said Tupa. “It’s intended to be very social, and hopefully timeless in feel.”
Restaurants operated by Tupa include Donatelli’s in White Bear Lake, Full Tilt Tavern in Bloomington, St. Paul Tap and Smiling Moose Lodge Bar & Grill in Hudson, Wis. Tupa said he also has plans to open another Donatelli’s in Bloomington.
Tupa was on hand at the Maple Grove meeting for a request of a liquor license for the new restaurant, which the council approved.
Tiffany’s Kitchen & Bar is aiming to open by July 1.
