New Tenants Coming to The Grove Retail Development
A Maple Grove retail development area that has struggled with vacancies is now making a run for the border.
The Grove retail area, which is located just east of Maple Grove Hospital, has plans for a Taco Bell. This past week, the Maple Grove Planning Commission recommended approval.
According to planning documents, since the area opened in 2005, The Grove has dealt with constant vacancy rates. But development is picking up. A Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers moved into the area and there are plans for a Caribou Coffee shop.
