New Medical Office Building Approved for Maple Grove
The Maple Grove City Council has approved a new medical office building for a fast growing retail area near Maple Grove Hospital.
The one-story building along Hospital Drive would be nearly 6,000 square feet, slightly larger than the initial concept. According to city documents, city staff say the building “will be a great addition to the surrounding development.”
The planned medical clinic is near the newly renamed Rock Elm at the Grove restaurant, which reopened last month after shutting down during the pandemic.
Construction of the medical building is expected to start this spring and be completed by December.
