New Hope Police Search for Carjacking Couple
New Hope police are asking for the public’s assistance in helping to identify the people responsible for a carjacking on Monday.
The incident happened around 9:30 p.m., at the Pheasant Park Apartments off Boone Avenue North. According to New Hope police, the victim was approached by a white man and woman in another vehicle.
New Hope police search for carjacking suspects. Police say a man pulled out a gun and demanded victim handover SUV.
The man got out of his car, displayed a suspected firearm, and drove off with the victim’s SUV. Police say the woman then followed behind the stolen green SUV. The police didn’t provide any further description of the suspects or the stolen vehicle.
