New Dog Playground & Restaurant Concept Coming to Plymouth
A concept that includes an indoor dog playground and restaurant is coming to Plymouth. The business called Brew Park, will also include a veterinary hospital, boarding and grooming services, and physical therapy for pets.
“It’s so unique not only to the Twin Cities, but in the United States. There might be just one or two that offer everything that we’ll be offering,” said Jamie Young, director of operations for Brew Park.
Young spoke before the Plymouth City Council, which approved an on-sale wine and 3.2 beer license for the business on Tuesday night.
Brew Park will be located in an industrial office site at 2605 Fernbrook Ln N. The business, owned by Plymouth resident Angie Woodward, will have a 5,000-square-foot indoor playground for dogs complete with “revolutionary turf” and cleaning stations.
“If a dog does have an accident, it’s cleaned up right away by one of our park rangers,” said Young.
Young said the business will serve upscale bar food made to order, as well as beer, wine and coffee.
“We’re so excited to just invite all dog owners and pet lovers alike to come and experience everything that we’ll have to offer,” she said.
Brew Park plans to open in June.
