Mulligan’s Indoor Golf Seeks Plymouth Location
Could indoor golf simulators be this generation’s version of a bowling alley?
Applicants for Mulligan’s Indoor Golf, a new business that wants to open in Plymouth, compared its business model to that of a bowling alley.
The applicant, Matthew Schroeder, says players would rent out a simulator bay for an allotted time. Customers could also order concession-stand type food and drinks.
Mulligan’s Indoor Golf has plans for a location at 3905 Annapolis Lane. Under the plan, the business would occupy 5,597 square feet of the 39,410-square-foot multi-tenant building.
The new company hopes to be open by October.
