Mural at Sonnesyn Elementary Unveiled
Students got to see a mural unveiled at Sonnesyn Elementary School this week.
The students worked in partnership with a local artists to create tiles that visually represent a positive “I am” statement. During the unveiling process, students “ooh-ed” and “ahh-ed” over the mural.
Teacher Kelly Betzold won a Seven Dreams Foundation grant for the mural.
