Motorcyclist Killed in Robbinsdale after Crash
A man is dead after crashing his motorcycle in Robbinsdale early Friday morning.
According to Crystal police, an officer noticed a motorcycle speeding eastbound on 42nd Avenue North near Winnetka Avenue Friday at 12:26 a.m.
The officer tried to make a traffic stop, but the motorcyclist kept going.
Crystal police eventually lost sight of the bike and stopped the pursuit. Minutes later, police say the motorcycle crashed near 42nd and West Broadway Avenue in Robbinsdale.
Officers and paramedics attempted lifesaving measures on the man, but he died at the scene. His identity has not yet been released.
