MnDOT Crews Clear Snow and Water off Plymouth Highway
This week’s rainfall and above-freezing temperatures have melted much of the snow, and now it’s causing issues on Minnesota roads.
Friday morning, MnDOT blocked off an entrance ramp onto Highway 169 from Schmidt Lake Road to remove water and snow.
MnDOT officials say the area was one of many spots throughout the Twin Cities where crews used pumps to remove water from the roadway and send it into the ditch to keep roads open.
