Today, Governor Tim Walz announced an Executive Order requiring Minnesotans to wear face coverings in all public indoor spaces and businesses starting on Saturday, July 25. Learn more at staysafe.mn.gov.

Please do not call the police if someone is not wearing a face covering. They may have a medical condition exempting them from the order. Please continue to maintain 6 feet of physical distance from others.
Unless you are a business responsible for ensuring worker and customer compliance with the Executive Order, do not confront a person about why they are not wearing a face covering but instead, if possible, ask them to maintain social distance.
