Maple Grove Volunteers Pack Baskets for Charity
Maple Grove Lions and the Maple Grove Fire Relief Association assembled baskets for families in need. It’s the 39th year for the food basket assembly.
On December 14, fire crews moved fire trucks out of the fire station and moved in $25,000 worth of groceries they purchased from Cub Foods.
Then, volunteers from area churches assembled the baskets and loaded them up to deliver to families in need.
This is the 39th year for the food basket assembly day.
