Maple Grove Teen Suspected in Burglary Spree Pleads Guilty
A Maple Grove teen has pleaded guilty to a burglary that authorities believe could be part of a larger spree that involves communities around the Twin Cities including Plymouth and Maple Grove.
Brendan Durant, 18, was charged last month in Wright County with felony burglary. He will be sentenced in September.
He’s one of multiple suspects who authorities say have gained access to homes by using garage door openers left in unlocked vehicles. There have been cases in Plymouth and similar crimes recently in Maple Grove.
