Maple Grove Senior Living Complex Breaks Ground on New Building
Silvercrest Properties broke ground on their latest senior housing project in Maple Grove. The latest building in the SilverCreek on Main development will have 75 independent living apartments.
“To be able now to expand by 75 additional apartments just meets the demand for the Maple Grove marketplace,” said Jack Collins from Silvercrest Properties. “It allows us to further serve the older adults that we serve everyday.”
SilverCreek on Main first opened a building in 2015 to full capacity. The company hopes to open the new building in about 12 months. After that, Silvercrest Properties hopes to build a long term care facility on the property.
