Maple Grove Hy-Vee to Attract Future Development
The new Hy-Vee grocery store in southwest Maple Grove is attracting future development.
The Hy-Vee at Bass Lake Road and County Road 101 opened in October. Construction could soon begin on another multi-tenant retail building just west of the Hy-Vee gas station.
According to Joe Hogeboom, Maple Grove’s community development director, the project is expected to come before the Maple Grove Planning Commission later this month.
