Major Renovation Underway at Cam’s Bar and Eatery in Brooklyn Park
The building that houses Cam’s Bar and Eatery in Brooklyn Park has remain ‘largely unchanged’ since it was built more than 40 years ago. The current owner is renovating the interior and exterior of the restaurant and adding a patio on the southwest portion of the building.

Multi-phase renovations started last November. The dining room and bar areas are being reconfigured with new decor and kitchen upgrades. A small patio was installed along the northeastern corner of the building in 2005. A large patio will be added along the southwest corner of the building. Owner Eric Cameron says he hopes to be serving patrons on the patio this summer.
The restaurant remains open during the renovation. Cam’s Bar and Eatery is located on 63rd Avenue, near the intersection with Boone Avenue in Brooklyn Park.
