Luxury Senior Living Building Proposed for Maple Grove
A new luxury senior living community is proposed for southwest Maple Grove.
Minnetonka-based Roers Companies plans to build a four-story, 150-unit apartment complex near County Road 101 and Bass Lake Road. The complex called Havenwood of Maple Grove would offer 60 independent living units and 90 units for assisted living and memory care. Construction would begin late fall.
A 10,000-square-foot daycare facility is also planned for this site, which is near Lord of Life Lutheran church. To the east, Pulte Homes is building close to 80 row-style townhomes in a project called Windrose Markets at Rush Creek.
A Hy-Vee grocery store is under construction to the south of the Maple Grove senior living proposal. The Hy-Vee is expected to open this fall.
