Days After Vandalism, Brooklyn Park Salvation Army Reopens for Voting
The Salvation Army Worship and Service Center on Noble Parkway in Brooklyn Park was vandalized last week, but the center was repaired in time to be open as a polling place on Election Day.
“The cleanup happened right away. They took care of it that evening. They brought people in to board up the broken windows and there’s no smell issues and everything is working as it should,” said head election judge Darryl Kollodge.
Police arrested the man they believe is responsible for the break-in. See story here.
