Lemon Grass Thai Cuisine Closing March 25 After 18-Year Run
It’s the end of an era for one of Brooklyn Park’s most high-profile restaurants.
Lemon Grass Thai Cuisine is closing its doors on Saturday after 18 years of business. This was owner and chef Ann Ahmed’s first restaurant.
Ahmed says she’ll be at the restaurant for the final few days of business to say goodbye to customers.
She has since gone on to open Lat 14 in Golden Valley as well as Khâluna restaurant in Minneapolis. She has future plans to open a Laotian restaurant called Gai Noi in Loring Park.
As for the Lemon Grass space, there are no known plans for what that location could become.
