Knights of Columbus Makes Large Coat Donation
Knights of Columbus representing Wayzata, Loretto, Long Lake, Medina and Golden Valley donated more than $5,000 worth of coats to Interfaith Outreach in Plymouth recently. More than 200 of the coats were brand new.
The five Knights of Columbus Councils represented eight Catholic parishes in the west metro. The coats were part of their “Coats for Kids” program.
“The KC councils, understanding the difficulty of getting coats into the hands of kids that need them, especially in affluent suburbs, partnered with Interfaith Outreach,” read a press release.
