Kids Fest Entertains Plymouth
Kids Fest in Plymouth continues to grow. The fifth year for Kids Fest brought even more activities to people in Plymouth. The Minnesota Zoo was on hand with animals and organizers increased the number of bouncy houses in order to cut down on lines. A big rush of families were there right when the event got underway on Thursday night.
“It used to be at Parker’s Lake Park, but due to the size and growth, we’ve moved it to the Hilde Performance Center,” said Paul Pearson, with the city of Plymouth. “We’re expecting between three and four thousand people with the nice weather we are getting.”
Another highlight was a dunk tank, where Plymouth Mayor Jeff Wosje volunteered to be dunked.
