Golden Valley Pedestrian Struck by Vehicle, Police Seek Driver
Golden Valley police are asking for the public’s help to locate a driver who severely injured a pedestrian.
The accident occurred Wednesday, March 30, at approximately 1:30 a.m. in the area of a frontage road near the Audi car dealership.
Police say they are looking for a light-colored 2015-2016 Toyota Yaris. The vehicle would likely have noticeable damage to the front end and windshield. Authorities are also looking for the driver, described as a woman in her early 30s with blonde hair.
Golden Valley police say the woman stopped to provide aid to the 18-year-old pedestrian, even driving the victim to his residence. However, the woman did not report the accident to police, officials said. The victim also ended up needing to go to the hospital. He has since been released.
