Former Police Chief now President of Vitals

Former Minneapolis Police Chief Janee Harteau is now president of Golden Valley based Vitals, which operates an app used by police departments. Plymouth Police and the Three Rivers Park District use the app to interact with registered users who have dementia or autism.
