FAIR School Pilgrim Lane Say Thank You to Crystal City Employees
Sometimes a little gratitude goes a long way.
“We are here at Pilgrim Lane Elementary in Plymouth and we got a whole list of letters of thank yous for the things the employees at the City do,” said Mayor Jim Adams, who accepted the binder of letters.
Students at FAIR School at Pilgrim Lane Elementary put together the binder of thank you notes as part of Project Gratitude. The letters were directed not only to police and fire personnel, but also to workers in public works and other places.
“We talked a lot about what city workers do, and so being that we have over 15 students from the city of Crystal and buses go through Crystal, it’s a good connection for students to learn from,” said Danton Tyree, third grade teacher.
Students handed over the letters in a presentation on Tuesday afternoon.
