FAIR Pilgrim Lane Principal Camps Out to Reward Students for Reading
FAIR Pilgrim Lane elementary school principal Randy Moberg camped outside of the Plymouth school last weekend as a reward for students reaching a reading goal. Students read upwards of 150,000 minutes during “I love to read month,” which is February.
“They love to read,” explained Randy Moberg. “Just having these little gimmicky things every once in awhile revs them up and gets them excited as a school community.”
Moberg says as part of the challenge, students also raised $7,000 for the school.
