Ex-McDonald’s Manager Sentenced for Raping 14-year-old Girl
A former manager of a Maple Grove McDonald’s has been sentenced for raping a 14-year-old girl employee.
Hennepin County District Court Judge Jeannice Reding sentenced Andrew Otero Albertorio to 10 years in prison. Otero Albertorio, 25, of Maple Grove pleaded guilty on Nov. 25 to a first-degree criminal sexual conduct charge. Prosecutors had been seeking a 12-year sentence.
Otero Albertorio had worked as the night manager at the McDonald’s near Bass Lake Road and Interstate 494. According to the criminal complaint, Otero Albertorio cornered the girl by a cooler and pressured her into sex. The assault happened in December of 2018. The complaint says other sexual assaults occurred between the manager and the girl over the next month in the restaurant, as well as in Otero Albertorio’s vehicle and at his home.
