Diverse and Delicious: SEA Students Create Multicultural Cookbook
Fourth grade students from the School of Engineering and Arts in Golden Valley created a multicultural cookbook. Two fourth grade teachers, Mary Schoeb and Liz Kinville, came up with the idea. They asked students to share recipes that were important to their families.
The result is diverse and delicious. You can check out recipes that range from kolaches to tamales and from Somalia bread to Root Beer Cranberries.
It’s called the 2020 KinScho Recipe Book, which is a mash-up of the two fourth grade teachers names.
