Demolition Begins at Site of Future Parker Station Flats
Demolition began this week on the Westphal American Legion building in Robbinsdale. Crews will begin work on a new 198-unit apartment building called Parker Station Flats.
Crews started tearing down the Legion building midweek. It closed back in July.
However, construction will get underway on the Parker Station Flats. They are scheduled to open in Spring 2021.
Funding for this project came from tax increment financing as well as state and county redevelopment grants.
