Crystal Approves Fines for Water Restriction Violations
Crystal residents who violate water restrictions could face a fine.
The Crystal City Council approved a process for violating water restrictions, which includes possible penalties.
Residents in Crystal are currently under odd-even lawn watering restrictions, with no watering allowed between noon and 6 p.m. Residents will get a warning first, then fines will start at $75 per occurrence.
