Council gives Green Light to The Reserve, Wahlburgers
The Maple Grove City Council gave final approval for a new apartment building to go up at the Reserve at Arbor Lakes. The building will have 162 units and be the third of four buildings at the site.
Managers say the first building is already 77 percent leased with the second building opening in September.
The city council also gave Wahlburgers the green light. Managers hope to have that restaurant open by the end of the year. Plans call for the restaurant to seat 200 people inside the restaurant with outdoor patio seating too.
