Companies from Plymouth, Golden Valley Make Top Workplaces List
Three companies from the northwest suburbs have made it to a new “Top Workplaces” list. The list is compiled by the Star Tribune and survey firm Energage.
They are New Horizon Enterprises, Inc., a child care company based in Plymouth. New Horizon was recognized in the 1,000-2,499 employee category.
The other local companies made the 500-999 employee category. Each of them is in Golden Valley. One is Lube-Tech, a family-owned manufacturing company. The other is SDG, which stands for Solution Design Group. SDG uses software technology to help companies achieve business goals and reduce risk.
According to the Star Tribune list, winners were chosen based on feedback employees provided in a 24-question survey. The Energage survey covered topics ranging from company values and leadership to communication and how engaged employees feel toward their workplaces.
