Clay Oven Indian Cuisine Opening Soon in Plymouth
A new restaurant that specializes in Indian cuisine is coming soon to Plymouth.
According to Plymouth city documents, Clay Oven will take over vacant space in the Carlson Center Shoppes, located east of I-494 and south of Carlson Parkway. The restaurant has signed a 10-year lease at the location, the documents showed.
City officials say the new restaurant will replace the former Bawarchi Indian Cuisine, located at 187 Cheshire Ln. N.
As its name suggests, the new restaurant specializes in clay oven cooking bringing the flavors of India to the suburbs.
Clay Oven currently has a location in downtown Minneapolis.
