Brooklyn Park’s Habitat ReStore Announces Week-Long Earth Day Sale
A local business known for budget-friendly home improvement is preparing to offer even deeper discounts this month. The Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Brooklyn Park has announced a week-long sale in honor of Earth Day, rewarding shoppers for keeping usable materials out of local landfills.
From April 21 through April 25, the ReStore will mark down its entire inventory. The promotional event features a tiered pricing structure based on the store’s color-coded tagging system. Discounts will range from 10 percent to 25 percent off, depending on the color of the tag on the item.
While the sale helps people save money on renovation projects, the impact goes beyond the checkout counter. All proceeds from the ReStore directly support Habitat for Humanity’s mission to build, rehab, and repair homes across the Twin Cities.

To celebrate Earth Day, ReStore will host a week-long Earth Day Sale, April 21–25, 2026, with special savings for shoppers looking for sustainable finds.
The timing of the sale highlights the ReStore’s role in environmental stewardship. Since opening the Brooklyn Park location last October, the facility has diverted more than 300,000 pounds of material from the waste stream.
“We celebrate Earth Day every day at the ReStore,” said Robin Henrichsen, director of ReStore operations. “Any time someone shops, donates, or volunteers, they’re helping the planet a little bit. As a collective, we can all make a bigger impact in our community.”
