Brooklyn Park Realtor to Host 36th Annual Toys for Tots Party
A Brooklyn Park realtor who helps spread joy to children every holiday season will continue the tradition for a 36th year.
The toys are already starting to trickle into the Brooklyn Park home of Jerry Moscowitz. This weekend, he’s hosting his annual Toys for Tots party.
Moscowitz invites anyone to stop by his house to drop off a toy and enjoy a snack or warm beverage, all with the goal of helping a family in need.
The hope is to match last year’s total, which was the toy drive’s best year ever.
“We had over a thousand toys that were raised to help kids, and we’re hoping to be able to do the same thing again,”Moscowitz said. “It’s really important to us to be able to give back.”
Jerry Moscowitz started his annual Toys for Tots Party 36 years ago.
The event will take place in Jerry Moscowitz’s front yard, located at 9255 Telford Bay Road in Brooklyn Park.
People can stop by on Saturday between noon and 7 p.m. or Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.
Moscowitz has also created an Amazon wish list for anyone who can’t make the event but would like to contribute.
