Brooklyn Park Police Pursue Stolen Vehicle, Abandon Because of Public Safety Risk
Police say officers tried to pull over a vehicle with an impaired driver at 12:05 p.m. Monday near Brooklyn Blvd. and Zane Ave. North.
Police learned the vehicle was stolen as the vehicle fled southbound on Zane Ave. and they pursued the stolen vehicle.
Police say they abandoned the pursuit because of public safety risk after the vehicle turned off all exterior lights during the chase.
