Brooklyn Center’s Que Viet Among Vendors at Mini-State Fair
Visitors to a scaled-down version of the Minnesota State Fair last weekend got a taste of a popular Brooklyn Center restaurant.
Que Viet was among the 24 vendors asked to take part in the fair’s first ever Kickoff to Summer.
Over the course of the five-day event, thousands of visitors to this mini version of the Great Minnesota Get-Together purchased Que Viet’s garlic cream cheese wontons, Vietnamese iced coffee and giant egg rolls on a stick.

Que Viet employees estimate they sold about 10,000 egg rolls to the hungry fair-goers who were lucky enough to gain entry to the event through a lottery.
