BPFD: Call Arson Hotline with Info About Park Center High Bathroom Fire
The Brooklyn Park Fire Department is asking anyone who has information about a fire Monday at Park Center High School to call the Arson Tip Hotline.
Investigators say someone intentionally set fire to one of the bathrooms at the school on Monday morning. When firefighters arrived shortly after 9:50 a.m. Monday, smoke was billowing into one of the hallways. Due to the fire, students and staff were evacuated for a short time.
The fire damaged not only the bathroom where the fire started, but caused some smoke damage to an adjacent bathroom.
Anyone with information is urged to call the Arson Tip Hotline at 1-800-723-2020.
