Big Turnout Numbers at National Night Out
The weather cooperated Tuesday night, which meant a high turnout for National Night Out parties across the metro.
Maple Grove said they had 207 parties Tuesday night. The city began festivities with a lunch time cookout at the community center. There were displays from police and fire and other first responders.
Brooklyn park had more than 200 parties as well, from the Huntington Place Apartments to the Issac Walton League on the banks of the Mississippi.
