Beware of Busted Pipes in Bitter Cold
The Golden Valley Public Works Department say beware of freezing pipes in this brutally cold weather. If your water is getting really cold and reads 32 degrees or less, consider keeping it running at a slow trickle. City staff also say water lines in the city aren’t expected to freeze because they are buried seven to eight feet below ground.
