Autumn Woods Classic Races Return with Camp S’more
Organizers are happy that the Autumn Woods Classic is back in person on Oct. 9 with a variety of races for every ability. Every runner gets a s’more kit and you can register ahead of time or on race day.
“The 10k and 5k are timed, so you’ll get the more experienced runner there, the runner looking for time,” said Brian Mastel with Three Rivers Park District. “There’s a 1k for the entire family, from little kids on up to grandma, grandpa. The feature event is Camp S’more.”
The race was virtual last year.
Organizers expect around 700 races for this event.
