Armstrong Grad To Compete in Biathlon World Championships
A Golden Valley native and Armstrong High School grad is competing on a world stage this week in the sport of biathlon.
Luci Anderson is among 10 athletes representing Team USA at the Biathlon World Championships in Lenzerheide, Switzerland. Biathlon combines cross country skiing and rifle shooting.
Anderson is part of a two-week world competition, which features seven different race disciplines, from Feb. 12 through Feb. 25.

Anderson has been skiing since she was 3 years old.
She competed in Nordic skiing while at Armstrong and raced in college for the University of New Hampshire ski team. She started competing in the biathlon last year.
