Argument at Brooklyn Park Gas Station Leads to Road Rage Shooting
Brooklyn Park police say an argument at a gas station escalated into a shooting on the road.
Police responded to the intersection of Highway 252 and Brookdale Drive shortly before 1:50 a.m. Thursday. At that intersection police found the victims who said they were shot at before crashing into another unrelated vehicle.
No one was seriously hurt by the crash or the shooting, police said. However, police say victims’ vehicle was struck by bullets.
Police were able to gather a description of the shooters and track down suspects at a home on the 9900 block of Hampshire Ave. N. According to Brooklyn Park police, the suspects were called out of the residence and arrested without incident.
The Minnesota State Patrol, Hennepin County Crime Lab and deputies with the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the investigation.
