Apartments, Retail Considered for Plymouth’s Dundee Nursery site
This week, the Plymouth City Council will get their first look at possible changes for the current Dundee Nursery site in Plymouth. A developer wants to include a three-story medical office building and apartments at the site.
Dundee Nurseries is located on 15 acres at 16800 Highway 55 in Plymouth.
Council members will review a sketch plan at a special city council meeting this week. The purpose of a sketch plan review is for the city to provide the developer with an opportunity to solicit informal review comments before submitting a formal development application.
The sketch includes a four-story, apartment building with 300 units and a three-level parking ramp that would serve as a park-and-ride facility and also provide parking space for development. It would also include a three-story medical office building. To read the full sketch plan, click here.
