Osseo Has Temporary Off-street Winter Parking Available
The city of Osseo would like to help residents be ready for snowplowing this winter.
A snow emergency is declared when two or more inches of snow accumulates.
Residents are encouraged to remove their vehicles from the street in residential areas. Parking in the downtown district is prohibited for one night between the hours of 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The city will make every attempt to declare a snow emergency no later than 8 p.m.
Temporary parking during snow emergencies is available in the parking lots behind City Hall, Heinen’s Motorsports, and the First Avenue Commons building, and in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church’s parking lot.
