Mayor’s Minutes: On Location in Plymouth with Mayor Jeff Wosje
Plymouth Mayor Jeff Wosje joined CCX Media’s Dave Kiser for a special on-location taping of his quarterly Mayor’s Minutes segment at the site of the new development, The Boulevard, going up on the former Prudential site at Bass Lake Road and I-494.

Plymouth Mayor Jeff Wosje on location at The Boulevard in August 2025.
The site will open later this fall when Summit Orthopedics opens its location, complete with a surgery center, clinic space, physical therapy, imagine, and orthopedic urgent care.
“It’ll be a nice addition for especially those pickleball players in Plymouth,” said Wosje. It’s expected to open as early as October.
Opening in early 2026 will be a new concept on a familiar name in grocery stores in the far-north metro: Coborn’s Market & Table. It will include a grocery store, bakery, restaurant, dry cleaning, and liquor store.
The other main retail name to claim a spot is Chase Bank, which will open a bank on the site along Bass Lake Road.
More than 800 apartment units will eventually open across several buildings. The first of those is under construction, and it will include 207 total units that are mixed income and market-rate apartments.
Most of the apartment buildings will be centered around or near the city park under construction.
“We were able to save a lot of trees,” said Wosje. “The whole community can enjoy it.”
