What are your qualifications for this office?
I believe in true representative government. I am a husband, a father, a city council member and a labor attorney. I plan to draw on my lived personal and professional experiences to co-govern with compassion and empathy. I will use my talent coupled with community input to identify the policies and practices that need to be repealed and or implemented to ensure a more inclusive community for everyone within our district.
What do you hope to accomplish in office?
Doing the necessary work to close the opportunity and achievement gaps to ensure that we have a system that gives everyone a chance to achieve their full potential. Making access to affordable healthcare a reality for all Minnesotans. Increasing access to affordable housing, maintaining and upgrading our road infrastructure and expanding transportation to create equitable access to transit for all communities. Expanding on and strengthening rights for our workers.
