What are your qualifications for this office?
I’m a resident of Brooklyn Park since 1988 & East District since 1992. Have BS degree in Civil Engineering. MS Infrastructure System Engineering, & MBA from U. of M and MSU, respectively. Engineer at MnDOT since 1989. Built strategic partnerships in MnDOT. Past President, Association of Nigerian Engineers in Minnesota, Organized 1st African Immigrant Catholic Summit in 2012 & workshop in 2014. A Board of Trustee at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Brooklyn Center, member MN African Coalition.
What do you hope to accomplish in office?
Affordable Housing thru Expanded 4D program, Property tax reduction, Police Union Reform & Elimination of BP Police Incident LIABILITY by requiring Bonding for BP Police, Diverse City Leader, staff & projects, Tax Incentives & Licenses for small businesses thru COMPLETE STREET, Jobs for resident thru Hire BP program, Establish Public /Private Emergency & Pandemic Response Team, Eliminate Waste thru sensible infrastructure development & maintenance, finally BP city accountability & Transparency
