Sheriff’s Office Investigates Woman’s Body Found in Brooklyn Park Pond
The Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after Brooklyn Park police found a woman’s body in a pond.
According to a community alert, Brooklyn Park police were dispatched at 11:50 a.m. on Thursday to the 9800 block of Almond Avenue on a report of a dead body.
Arriving officers found an adult woman’s body lying in a pond.
Police did not find any signs of foul play.
The Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office will be the lead investigating agency. No other information was available Friday.
