Maple Grove Girls Basketball Advances to Championship Game:

The Maple Grove girls basketball team advanced to a state championship game for the first time in program history with a 69-50 win over Lakeville North in the class AAAA semifinals. The Crimson led nearly the entire game, opening a 36-26 halftime lead. The Panthers did rally to within five in the second half but Maple Grove never gave up the lead.
