A six-month series designed especially for older adults who want easy, inspiring ways to declutter, organize, and live lighter. Each month features a guest speaker and focuses on a different area of everyday life. Gatherings take place on the 3rd Thursday of each month from March 19th - August 20th.
This class is intended for individuals ages 13+ with a developmental disability. Participants will enjoy staying active through various fitness games and activities, modified for all abilities.
